How I got here
No timeline, just the parts that changed how I work.
Chapter 01
Where it started
Small JavaScript tools, each one solving a single problem someone actually had. None of it would survive a code review today, but it’s where I learned to finish what I start instead of rewriting it.

Learning the server side
APIs and database schemas, and finding out that a lot of frontend problems start in the data model. Express first, then NestJS once projects got big enough to need the structure.

Both ends
I moved to full-stack so I could take a feature all the way through without waiting on anyone. I’ve used React and Vue long enough to know neither one solves everything.

Typography, spacing, motion. These usually get left until the end, and I stopped doing that. This site is where most of that work went.
